Internal Sales Coordinator
We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Internal Sales Coordinator
to join our team.
This role includes customer service, quotations, order processing, and
coordinating with production and stores to ensure excellent service from
enquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp, and at the sales counter.
- Prepare and send quotations on time.
- Follow up on quotations and help convert opportunities into sales.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with production and stores to keep orders on schedule.
- Keep customers updated on order progress and delivery timelines.
- Prepare invoices and supporting documents.
- Arrange deliveries and customer collections.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- Customer-focused and professional.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A confident verbal and written communicator.
- Proactive and able to follow tasks through to completion.
- Experienced in sales administration, customer service, or internal sales.
- Knowledgeable in transformers, LV switchgear, or electrical products.
- Fluent in English, with a second language preferred.
